Pilates for everyone

The classes are aimed at everyone, both at people who already have experience in exercise and those who are only just wanting to begin their adventure with physical activity. You don't need to be an expert or have any prior preparation. All you need is comfortable clothing, a positive attitude and a willingness to move. When do we meet? Every Sunday at 12:00, from 15 November to 20 December 2026. Where? Meeting point at the Pawilon Rekreacyjno-Sportowy in Park Kultury in Powsin. Participation in the classes is completely free!
