Akapit – neighbourhood space, 1st floor
Why do some of us seek closeness and frequent contact in a relationship, while others need more space?
Why do we sometimes withdraw precisely when we care most about understanding each other?
And why do we still react in a similar way, even though we promise ourselves that "this time it will be different"?
The way we build closeness is not accidental. Our attachment style has a major influence on it – a pattern that shapes our needs, reactions and behaviours in relationships. We invite you to a meeting for women, during which we will look at how we love, what we seek in relationships and what gets triggered in us when we lose our sense of security. The event will combine a short theoretical introduction, self-reflection, exercises and a shared conversation.
During the meeting:
you will learn about the basic attachment styles,
you will look at which one is closest to you,
you will check in what situations you fall into the "trap" of your style,
you will see what happens when a "wave" meets an "island",
you will learn what the bond protection system is,
you will learn ways of supporting each other and co-regulation, especially when close people have different needs,
you will reflect on how to build more security – both in the relationship with another person and with yourself.
This meeting is for you if:
you want to understand yourself better in relationships,
you sometimes fear rejection, loss of closeness or excessive involvement,
in difficult situations you withdraw or, on the contrary – you very much need contact and reassurance,
you repeat similar patterns in subsequent relationships,
you want to build more conscious, calm and secure bonds.
Facilitators:
Alicja Łukasiewicz
I am a body and breathwork therapist. I accompany women in returning to feeling, to their body, to emotions and to that inner power that is often closer than we think. I graduated in Practical Sexology at SWPS and the Academy of Sexual Health. I am an instructor of the Buteyko breathing method and the specialised pelvic floor muscle training "Uwolnij ciało". I am a Tantra Woman facilitator and I create a space where women can gently return to themselves — through the body, breath, feeling and contact with their feminine centre.
On my path I consciously combine substantive knowledge, body practice and the energetic aspect, believing that feeling the body is the key to health, deeper self-knowledge and full self-acceptance – it is our most precious resource, and at the same time the most beautiful gift we can give ourselves. I am a fan of synergy and experiencing on all levels.
Joanna Sadowska-Buda – psychotherapist, psychologist, Somatic Experiencing® therapist, psychotraumatologist and Tantra Woman facilitator.
I accompany others in returning to themselves — to the body, to boundaries, to voice and to that inner silence that begins to speak when space is made for it. In my work I combine process psychology, nervous system regulation and mindfulness of what is subtle: tensions, emotions, dreams, signals from the body and what appears in the relationship.
I am drawn to meeting what is deep and invisible at first glance — intuition, symbolism, the rhythm of nature and what guides us from within. I create a space where one can slow down, breathe and see oneself more clearly, without pressure and without pretending.
I support women in moments of transition, in crises, in topics of closeness and boundaries, and in experiences that call for presence, tenderness and grounding. I believe that the body, relationships and nature are our greatest allies in returning to inner stability and calm.
