Independence Day in Ursus

This year's Independence Day celebrations in Ursus will combine tradition with the joy of celebrating together. The program includes a concert and family workshops. The main ceremonies will take place on November 11, 2026 (Wednesday). At 10:00 AM, flower wreaths will be laid at the monument on ks. Kazimierza Szklarczyka Square (ul. Cierlicka). Half an hour later, at 10:30 AM, legion songs and tunes will resound, and the event will be enhanced by a meeting with a lookalike of Marshal Józef Piłsudski. At 11:00 AM, a Holy Mass for the Homeland will be celebrated at the Church of St. Joseph the Betrothed of the Blessed Virgin Mary (ul. Sosnkowskiego 34).
