Praga Chess Tournament

We invite all chess enthusiasts to participate in the Praski Chess Tournament, which will take place on November 21-22, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Primary School No. 127 at ul. Kowieńska 12/20. On November 21, 2026 (Saturday): Tournament D for chess category III and II for players with category IV and higher – day I. On November 22, 2026 (Sunday): Tournament D for chess category III and II for players with category IV and higher – day II, Tournament C with no restrictions for players up to 12 years of age - opportunity to earn V and IV categories, Tournament B for V and IV category for players without a category and with category V, Tournament A OPEN for players from category IV - 9 rounds. Online registration for the event is now open. This is an excellent opportunity to test your skills, compete against other enthusiasts of the royal game, and spend time in a sporting atmosphere. The number of places is limited, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible via the online form. Accessibility: The school consists of two buildings, with entrances from the side of ul. Kowieńska. The older building is open during school hours, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. The main entrance is not adapted for people with disabilities, as it is accessed by stairs. The building houses the office, library, grades II–VIII, the teachers' room, and a cafeteria with a kitchen. The building is not accessible to people with disabilities – there are no elevators, and it has a ground floor and two upper floors. The new part of the school, which contains the sports hall, is partially adapted for people with disabilities. On the ground floor there are the sports hall, preschool classes, showers, and a toilet adapted for people with disabilities. On the first floor there are first-grade classrooms, but there is no elevator. The entrance to this part of the school is open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
