Fitness classes for adult female and male residents of the Praga-Północ District of the Capital City of Warsaw on Mondays from 13.04.2026 to 14.12.2026. The clock hour of classes consists of a minimum of 45 minutes of exercise and 15 minutes of time designated for relaxation after classes and organizational matters. Location: room VII of the Jordan Garden at ul. Namysłowska 21. Group I – start at 18.00 Group II – start at 19.00 Registration with the instructor: Ms. Justyna – 607-513-460. Two unexcused absences in a row result in removal from the list and admission to that place of a person from the reserve list.
