Premiere: Orgasms and Ghosts. A Spiritual History of the Polish Libido

Today the famous sexologist returns in a theatrical show to check how our customs have changed over the years and whether it is still so difficult to talk about what we desire. How to find time for flirting when before sleep we think about geopolitics? Can Wisłocka's advice be useful in times of demographic crisis? And can a trip to the theatre in Targówek work like an aphrodisiac? The creators of the performance treat these questions with a wink. From the pages of an old guidebook they summon the ghosts of Polish intimate life – shame, prohibitions and habits that can effectively cool enthusiasm. Or perhaps part of the charm lies precisely in what has been considered forbidden for years? The script was written by Maciej Łubieński, co-creator of "Pożar w burdelu".
