Prevention Matters – October Meeting on Breast Health

Breast cancer is the most frequently diagnosed malignant tumor in women. Early detection of changes significantly increases the chances of effective treatment, which is why regular preventive examinations, including mammography and breast ultrasound, as well as self-examination, are so important. During the event, participants will be able to learn more about breast cancer prevention and learn proper self-examination on special phantoms. There will also be advice on a healthy lifestyle and the importance of prevention in everyday health care. The meeting will be led by members of the Amazons Association Warsaw-Targówek "FENIKS", who will share their knowledge and experience and answer participants' questions.
