How should you actually behave in an emergency situation? How can you prepare for an evacuation and take care of your own safety and that of your loved ones? What should you do when it becomes necessary to provide first aid? We invite you to a series of free training sessions on civil protection and civil defense, to which we invite all residents!
Why is it worth taking part?

The training program includes, among others:
how to recognize alarm signals and warning messages,
how to prepare for evacuation and survival in a situation of prolonged threat,
how to safely evacuate people, animals and property,
how to provide first aid - part of the classes will be practical,
which personal protective equipment and shelter locations can be used in an emergency situation,
how to respond to disinformation and take care of your cybersecurity.
The training sessions will be conducted on-site in the Dzielnica Bemowo area. The classes will take the form of a lecture as well as demonstrations and practical exercises, including in the field of first aid.
