Stretching

UKS Miłośnik cordially invites people aged 55+ to stretching classes. The classes take place on Wednesdays from 8:30 to 9:30. Detailed information is available at the phone number 22 773 17 53 . The price for one class is 5 zł. The classes will be held from 1 February 2023 to 31 December 2023 in Warsaw Wesoła ul. Jana Pawła II 13. The classes are held as part of the Aktywny Warszawiak project, other classes carried out as part of the project can be found here .
