Agenda of the DKDS Bielany meeting
1. Adoption of the minutes of the previous meeting, adoption of the meeting agenda.
2. Summary of activities carried out in the period June-September.
3. Presentation of the procedure for obtaining UDB patronage for events organised by NGOs – guests from the UDB Social Communication Department.
4. Presentation of the scheme of action that an NGO must take in order for a project it implements – co-financed from UDB funds – to be promoted by UDB.
5. Presentation of the procedure to be followed in order to obtain the possibility of organising an event in the auditorium at UDB.
6. Matters raised.
The Bielany District Social Dialogue Commission is a voluntary and self-governing association of non-governmental organisations and entities operating in Bielany. The DKDS is of an initiative-advisory nature.
Meetings of the District Social Dialogue Commission are public and open; we invite all interested persons, and we invite non-governmental organisations operating in the Bielany area to join the work of DKDS Bielany.
The tasks of the District Social Dialogue Commission include in particular:
giving opinions on and co-creating documents and draft legal acts issued by the district authority,
giving opinions on draft legal acts related to the areas specified in the programme of cooperation of the Capital City of Warsaw with non-governmental organisations and with the entities referred to in Article 3(3) of the Act of 24 April 2003 on public benefit activity and volunteerism,
delegating representatives to participate in teams reviewing applications for grants,
cooperation with the Bielany district in order to improve and increase the effectiveness of activities addressed to the district's residents,
identifying social needs and ways of meeting them,
applying to the city authorities with relevant motions within the scope of its activities,
active cooperation with the Forum and Social Dialogue Commissions of the Capital City of Warsaw and other entities.
