Relaxation in Sounds

An event combining music with sound therapy (Sound Healing). Participants experience deep relaxation through sound waves that penetrate the body and mind, harmonizing the organism, reducing stress and tension. During the concerts, a wide range of therapeutic and traditional instruments is used (including bowls, gong, drums, tank drum, kalimba, viola, ukulele, chimes, kanari and others). We encourage you to bring yoga mats and blankets, as there is the possibility to relax lying down. Tickets 50 PLN/30 PLN. Tickets available at biletyna.pl or, subject to availability – at the venue on the day of the event (cash payment).
