About the conference
The "Pink Palace with a Mustache" conference is a recurring event. The conference topics cover the most important challenges related to the prevention and treatment of oncological diseases in women and men. In this year's edition, the thematic scope has been additionally expanded to include issues related to colorectal cancer, with particular emphasis on the importance of screening tests, early detection, and modern treatment methods.

For whom?
Oncological patients, their loved ones, as well as all persons interested in the topics of cancer prevention and treatment.
Purpose of the conference
increasing residents' awareness of cancer prevention, breast cancer, testicular cancer, and other oncological diseases,
presenting modern methods of diagnosis and treatment,
creating an open, safe space for talking about the disease so that cancer is not a taboo subject,
exchange of experiences between specialists, patients, and patient organizations.
What is available for participants?
lectures conducted by specialists in oncology, psychology, surgery, and cancer prevention,
practical workshops on breast and testicular self-examination using phantoms,
conversations with specialists: gynecologist, physiotherapist, and dietitian,
preventive examinations, including mammography for women aged 45–74 in the zone located at plac Centralny in front of the Palace of Culture and Science,
meetings with patient organizations and healthcare entities,
education on colorectal cancer prevention and other intestinal conditions using the mobile installation "inflatable 3D intestine,"
educational and informational materials,
an exhibition consisting of a series of black-and-white photographs of women and men promoting self-examination and its importance in the early detection of breast, testicular, and prostate cancer.
