Self-defense for adults - free classes

We invite adult residents of Targówek to free self-defense classes - practical classes for anyone who wants to learn effective defense techniques and increase their sense of security. Classes will be held until June 25, 2026. Mondays (6:45 p.m.) and Wednesdays (7:15 p.m.) – ul. Remiszewska 40 - Primary School 114 Wednesdays (7:15 p.m.) – ul.
