Self-defense for adults - free classes

We invite adult residents of Targówek to free self-defense classes - practical classes for anyone who wants to learn effective defensive techniques and increase their sense of safety. The classes will be held until June 25, 2026. Mondays (6:45 PM) and Wednesdays (7:15 PM) – ul. Remiszewska 40 - SP 114 Wednesdays (7:15 PM) – ul. Mieszka I 7 - SP 58 The classes are conducted by Klub Judo Chojrak as part of the "Aktywnie na Targówku" program implemented with a grant awarded to non-governmental organizations in the area covered by the Municipal Revitalization Program of the Capital City of Warsaw.
