Business Savoir-Vivre – Practical Training at UrsynLab

October 22, 2026, 17:30 · UD Ursynów, sala 136 · UD Ursynów, sala 136
During the meeting, participants will learn the basic principles of business etiquette and find out how to build a professional image in professional contacts. The program includes, among other things, the rules of greetings and farewells, introducing people, and behavior in hierarchical relationships – both in traditional and flat structures. There will also be practical tips on everyday situations. The instructor will advise, among other things, how to behave in an elevator, on stairs, or in a corridor, how to recall the name of a person we met earlier, and how to gain a few seconds to think about an answer during a conversation. One of the topics will also be the most common mistakes in business correspondence and the rules for giving and receiving gifts. A lot of space will be devoted to table manners – from the order of ordering dishes in a group, through the proper use of cutlery, napkin, and glasses, to using a phone, paying the bill, or nonverbal communication with the waiter. Participants will also learn how the individual levels of business dress code differ – from business casual to white tie – and how to choose attire taking into account the nature of the event, time of day, and year. The workshop will be led by Tomasz Roy-Szabelewski ("Elitarny Łobuz") – a speaker specializing in the principles of savoir-vivre, business etiquette, and personal culture, author of the book "Elitarne pieniądze" and creator of popular educational channels on social media. The meeting will take the form of an interactive workshop with active participation of the participants, and a question and answer session is planned at the end. Participation in the training requires prior registration. Registration: tel. 22 443 73 30 and on the website.
