BODY RESET 2.0: Ballet Grace & Sensual Flow

BODY RESET returns with a new, expanded program. It's another step in discovering your body through movement: from balletic grace and precision to freedom, fluidity and sensuality. Two hours during which you can break away from everyday duties, let go of control and allow yourself movement not for the effect, but for the sheer pleasure of it. Your guide will be Olga Yaroshenko, a dancer of the Teatr Wielki in Warsaw, with 15 years of stage experience. She will help you discover the beauty of balletic movement and feel how classical elegance naturally transitions into free, sensual dance. What awaits you? Balletic grace. You will learn the basics of classical dance and work on your posture, balance and coordination. You will feel the beauty of lines, the precision of movements and new possibilities of your body. Sensual Flow. From ballet technique you will move into fluid, sensual dance. You will combine simple movements into a short choreography, play with music and expression, and allow yourself more freedom and confidence in movement. And all of this in an exceptional musical setting. Classical music and contemporary pieces will create different moods, emphasize the beauty of movement and let you experience each moment in your own way. You don't have to prove anything. You don't have to be slim, flexible or know how to dance. You don't have to meet ballet standards. You are already beautiful. You don't need to change to discover the grace, freedom and sensuality of your body. Photos and video materials: Denis Segeda. Thank you!
