Silver Wave. A Conversation About Gray Hair, Beauty, and Social Pressure

The discussion will focus on grey hair and double standards in evaluating the appearance of women and men, as well as the influence of the beauty industry and social media on beauty standards. Participants will consider whether it is possible to free oneself from pressure, accept natural changes related to aging, and treat grey hair as an expression of independence.
