Creating AI agents in business – a practical workshop with a focus on data security

When? 3 November 2026, 10:00-14:00 Where? Dzielnicowe Biuro Finansów Oświaty ul. Grochowska 262, conference room ( registration ) What will you learn during the workshop? You will learn, among other things, how to: design simple business processes supported by AI agents , use an AI agent for planning and organizing activities, prepare an action plan, a task list and working communications , formulate commands and instructions so that the agent acts in line with the intended goal, verify and correct results generated by AI, recognize situations in which AI can act independently and when the decision should remain with a human , assess what information can be safely provided to an AI agent, protect confidential company data, customer data and internal information , limit the agent's access to information only to what it actually needs. What will the workshop look like? Instead of pure theory, participants will go through a specific example of organizing an event . Together we will create a process in which an AI agent will help, among other things, with: – planning activities, – preparing a task list, – organizing responsibilities, – creating working communications, – verifying and correcting the generated results. The exercises will be conducted on sample data , so there will be no need to share information from your own company. What will you gain as a participant? – you will learn a practical way to use AI agents in everyday work, – you will learn to design processes, not just ask AI single questions, – you will learn how to reduce the risk associated with sharing data, – you will gain greater control over what an AI agent can do independently, – you will learn ways to automate repetitive tasks, – you will receive a simple framework for designing a process using an AI agent , which you will later be able to adapt to your own business. Why is it worth taking part? AI can genuinely relieve an entrepreneur in everyday work, but only when we know what we can entrust to it, how to configure it properly and where to draw the line . During the workshop, we will therefore focus not only on the possibilities of AI, but also on how to use these tools consciously, safely and while maintaining control over the process .
