Nothing Happens Twice" performance

On 29 September at 18:30 we invite you to the Kocjan Stage at ul. Kocjana 3 for a unique performance. "Nic dwa razy się nie zdarza" is a compilation of Polish poetry and original poems and songs by the participants, accompanied by live piano music. At tables, over newspapers and in seemingly ordinary conversation, different temperaments, experiences and perspectives on the topics being addressed meet. Successive texts – sometimes humorous and playful, sometimes more reflective – come together in a free-flowing stage dialogue. The participants respond to one another with a poem, a song, a memory and a joke. The common theme is transience: recognised and named, but treated without pathos. With distance, tenderness and a large dose of humour. It is a story created not about seniors, but above all by them.
