Saturday yoga practice for adults

Classes take place on consecutive Saturdays from September 19 to December 19. Schedule: September – 19.09, 26.09. October – 3.10, 10.10, 17.10, 24.10. November – 7.11, 14.11, 21.11, 28.11. December – 5.12, 12.12, 19.12. Hours: 10.00 – 11.00 11.15 – 12.15 Location: Sala DOSiR Praga-Północ, ul. Jagiellońska 7. Participants: Families plus individual participants. Classes are free of charge and are carried out as part of the Aktywna Rodzina program.
