From September 15, training sessions at our tennis school are starting! Classes take place on modern, indoor courts of OSiR Bemowo at ul. Raginisa 14 in Warsaw
We invite children aged 5–18 to professional training led by experienced coaches.
Our goal is not only to teach tennis, but above all the comprehensive development of young athletes – in the spirit of healthy competition and good fun.
Tennis is an excellent way to keep children physically active and support their development:
improves fitness, speed and motor coordination
teaches concentration, patience and self-confidence
supports social skills, cooperation and building friendships
shapes healthy habits and an active lifestyle
We provide: rackets and balls suited to the child's age, professional, passionate coaches, safe and modern courts, a friendly atmosphere and a smile after every training session!
Each training session lasts 60 minutes and takes place in small groups, which ensures an individual approach to participants.
Training is conducted in two main age categories:
- children aged 5–10 – TENIS 10 system (in line with the recommendation of the Polish Tennis Association):
Blue group (5–6 years) – foam ball,
Red group (7–8 years) – red ball,
Orange group (9 years) – orange ball,
Green group (10 years) – green ball,
- children and youth aged 11–18:
play with the "adult" yellow ball on a full court

Age 5–18 – 90 zł / training

OSiR Bemowo reserves the right to close registration or groups
