Imitative training

Imitation training, running and functional training (12+), is 14 sessions organized in the forest. Cost: 0zł Dates: 25.05, 8.06, 22.06, 29.06;31.08; 7.09, 21.09, 28.09; 5.10, 12.10, 19.10; 9.11 16.11, 23.11 . Time: 9:00 During the classes we use elements of various sports disciplines, thanks to which we provide varied forms of movement. The main goal is to develop endurance and speed as well as strength endurance, flexibility, agility and jumping ability (for those willing), through the use of exercises imitating ski movement. Location: PAO and surrounding Forests in Wesoła and Wawer Classes carried out as part of the aktywny Warszawiak project, more classes from the project can be found here.
