Swimming lessons – Albatros pool, Orląt Lwowskich 1

The ability to swim significantly affects the comfort of life of every person. Many people believe that swimming is the only effective way to treat postural defects and influences the comprehensive development of the entire body. It improves the functioning of the respiratory system, regulates blood pressure, and thanks to muscle work without strain, it strengthens bones and joints. Frequent visits to the pool harden the body, thanks to which we are less susceptible to colds. Importantly, it is never too late to start your adventure with water. Our standard swimming lessons last 45 minutes in the water and take place once or twice a week. Groups consist of 15 people, selected based on the swimming skill level of the participants. Instructors enter the water with the youngest groups, in which children are afraid of water and require getting accustomed to it. In the remaining groups, they conduct classes from the poolside. Dear Sir/Madam, sales and registration for swimming lessons and improvement courses in the 2026/2027 school year will begin on 8 September 2026 (Tuesday).
