Classes will be held every Wednesday from 11:00 to 13:00.
Classes will last from 25 March 2026 to 15 July 2026, the second period of the project from 5 August 2026 to 9 December 2026.
The main elements of the project are sports activities such as gym training, nordic walking, visits to an outdoor gym, and integration through various games.
