Breathe in Beauty 2.0" – A Sensory Adventure for Parent and Child

The meeting will take place at the headquarters of Mt 5,14 | Muzeum Jana Pawła II i Prymasa Wyszyńskiego at ul. Prymasa Augusta Hlonda 1. Through movement, touch and sound, children will explore a variety of stimuli, and parents and guardians will look at the surroundings from their perspective. The workshops will be led by Inga Jarosz, a therapist and sensory integration diagnostician as well as a hand therapist. In her work she follows the principles of Nonviolent Communication, focusing on mindfulness, building relationships and respecting the individual needs of the child. Participation is free of charge.
