UKS Praskie Centrum Sportu invites you to free classes AERIAL YOGA is a modern form of activity combining traditional yoga positions with elements of acrobatics and gymnastics, using special hammocks/sashes suspended from the ceiling for exercises (the room is equipped with such equipment), which relieve the spine, enable deeper stretching and safe performance of inverted positions. Classes for people 15+. Date: Tue/Thurs 20:00, first classes: 01/09 Location Classes take place at the premises at ul. Zamieniecka 80 (entrance from ul. Komorska).
