UKS Praskie Centrum Sportu invites you to free AERIAL YOGA classes — a modern form of activity combining traditional yoga poses with elements of acrobatics and gymnastics, using special hammocks/scarves suspended from the ceiling for exercise (the room is equipped with such equipment), which relieve the spine, allow deeper stretching and safe performance of inverted poses.
