About the book What happened behind the closed doors of the former House of the Party? A private cinema, a special kitchen, the everyday life of the party elite and stories to which only a few had access for years – this is the lesser-known face of one of Warsaw's most distinctive buildings, brought closer in Piotr Rozwadowski's book. The publication tells the story of the behind-the-scenes functioning of the former Central Committee of the PZPR and reveals unexpected stories connected with the building at ul. Nowy Świat 6/12. The meeting will be an opportunity to learn interesting facts about this place and to look at the history of Warsaw from a lesser-known perspective.
