Yoga for children – free classes

JOGA We invite children (4-8 and 9-12 years old) from Targówek to free JOGI classes with ENGLISH LANGUAGE as part of the 2026 Civic Budget project titled: "Joga na Targówku: Zdrowie, Spokój, Relaks: joga pod chmurką, zajęcia jogi dla seniorów oraz joga dla dzieci połączona z nauką języka angielskiego". Gentle exercises improving fitness, well-being and balance. We start on 7 March! Balkonowa 2 45 minutes of age-appropriate yoga + 30 minutes of games and activities in English The project also includes open-air classes from May to September in Park Bródnowski.
