Yoga for seniors – free classes

JOGA We invite senior women and men from Targówek to free JOGA classes as part of the 2026 Civic Budget project titled: “Joga na Targówku: Zdrowie, Spokój, Relaks: joga pod chmurką, zajęcia jogi dla seniorów oraz joga dla dzieci połączona z nauką języka angielskiego”. Gentle exercises improving fitness, well-being and balance.
