Yoga for adults - group for pregnant women

Yoga for adults for adult female and male residents of the Praga-Północ District of the Capital City of Warsaw in the period from 14.04.2026 to 09.12.2026. Where: Warsaw Social Innovation Laboratory SYNERGIA, ul. Markowska 16 OPEN and Senior classes will be conducted for participants with diverse age profiles and physical fitness levels, therefore the preferred types of yoga taught in the classes are Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga or Yin yoga. The goal of the classes should be primarily a holistic approach to health: building body awareness, increasing flexibility, mobility, strengthening muscles, reducing tension and stress, and teaching effective calming of thoughts and maintaining inner balance and peace. Classes for pregnant women should be characterized by moderate intensity. The main emphasis should be placed on proper breathing, relaxation, concentration, gentle stretching and strengthening the muscle groups key during childbirth. The set of exercises should be selected in such a way as to provide participants with mental and physical relaxation, learning presence, preparation for natural childbirth and, as far as possible, reducing physical ailments appearing during pregnancy. In the case of 2 unreported absences, the participant is removed from the class list and a person from the waiting list is admitted.
