Yoga for adults for adult residents of the Praga-Północ District of the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw in the period from April 14, 2026 to December 9, 2026. Where: Warszawskie Laboratorium Innowacji Społecznych SYNERGIA, ul. Markowska 16 OPEN and Senior classes will be conducted for participants with different age profiles and physical fitness, therefore the preferred type of yoga conducted during classes is Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga or Yin yoga. The aim of the classes is primarily a holistic approach to health: building body awareness, increasing its flexibility and mobility, strengthening muscles, reducing tension and stress, and teaching how to effectively calm thoughts and maintain internal balance and peace. Classes for pregnant women should be of moderate intensity. The main emphasis should be on proper breathing, relaxation, concentration, gentle stretching and strengthening the key muscle groups during childbirth. The set of exercises should be selected in such a way as to provide participants with mental and physical relaxation, learning to be present, preparation for natural childbirth and, if possible, reducing physical ailments that may occur during pregnancy.
