Seniors Without Fear — mental resilience training for Mokotów residents 60+

1 October 2026, 10:00–13:00 "Senior bez Lęku — mental resilience training for Mokotów residents 60+". The first workshop will take place on Thursday, at the headquarters of the Fundacja Rodzina Od Nowa at ul. Różana 63a in Mokotów. Topic of the meeting: "My roles, my place" The workshop will be devoted to recognizing social roles, one's own resources, and the changes that appear after the end of professional activity and at subsequent stages of life. During the meeting, participants will be able to look at, among other things: what roles they have played and still play in their lives, which of them are important to them, and which no longer serve them, what resources and skills they have accumulated over the years, what changes after the end of professional activity, how to find new opportunities, relationships, and areas of activity. This will not be a lecture about "good aging", but an experiential psychological workshop about how to continue developing, making decisions, and discovering new versions of oneself.
