Classes for seniors – water gymnastics

Water gymnastics classes dedicated to people aged 55+. Carried out in the recreational basin of the OSiR indoor swimming pool at ul. Rokosowska 10. Classes conducted according to the principle "movement is health" using a variety of equipment for learning and improving swimming. Classes are held on the following days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. 2:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. 2:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. 3:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Information and registration at the swimming pool ticket office at ul.
