Classes for seniors – gym gymnastics

Gymnastics classes dedicated to people aged 55+. Conducted in the gymnasium at the facility at ul. Nowowiejska 37 b. Classes conducted according to the principle of "movement is health" using a variety of sports equipment. Classes take place on Wednesdays and Fridays from 11.00 to 11.45. Registration is conducted on class days and hours with the instructor leading the classes. Participation in the classes is free of charge. The organizer of the classes is OSiR Ochota.
