Gymnastics and rehabilitation classes

TKKF "Wierzbno" invites you to free gymnastic and rehabilitation classes. Classes are organized for adults. The group consists mainly of people 50+. Date: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.; 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The first classes will take place on February 3, 2026, and the last ones on December 29, 2026 (with a summer break in July and August).
