1. Class schedule 2. Class description: Niemowlaki 1: (3 months – 1.5 years) Niemowlaki 2: (1.5 years – 3 years) Przedszkolaki 1: (3 – 4.5 years) Przedszkolaki 2: (4.5 – 6 years) Przedszkolaki 3: (4.5 – 6 years) A group intended for children who have already participated in our classes and have basic skills and experience in the given activity. Children starting their learning may also be qualified for the group if the instructor assesses that their skill level allows them to participate in classes at this stage of advancement. Stage 1: from 7 years of age The group is intended primarily for children starting to learn swimming or with little experience in the water. After completing the basic stage, participants undergo a skills assessment, on the basis of which they are qualified for the appropriate training groups. Assignment to groups takes into account the level of advancement, technical skills and the child's progress. Children who have not previously participated in swimming lessons start training from Stage 1. Stages 2-5 – up to 18 years of age Dorośli 1 (beginner group) A group intended for people starting to learn swimming and participants who want to get accustomed to the water and master basic swimming skills. Dorośli 2 (continuation group) A group aimed at people with basic swimming skills who want to develop and improve them. Participants from the Dorośli 1 group may also be qualified for the group based on the instructor's assessment. Swimming improvement A group intended for people who swim independently and freely and want to improve their technique, improve movement efficiency and develop their skills in individual swimming styles.
