Rowing Classes

We invite you to training sessions on tourist rowing boats (gigs). Our boats are wider and therefore more stable than sports boats. Unlike typical rowing classes focused on results, we want to enjoy the water and develop personal skills - also when, for various reasons, a classic sports boat seems too difficult. We invite beginners, people with somewhat lower fitness (older, overweight, etc.). "Regular folks" are also welcome. Rowing engages all muscle groups, is an excellent aerobic sport, also improving coordination and concentration, and through contact with nature - also very relaxing, in a way meditative.
