Healthy spine 2026

For a healthy spine We invite you to classes that will help you take care of a healthy and relaxed spine. The course runs from 7 May 2026 to 26.11.2026, with a break during the summer months. Participants exercise in 4 groups, each for one hour per week, according to the following weekly schedule: Group I – Tuesdays, 18.00, Group II – Tuesdays, 19.00, Group III – Thursdays, 18.00, Group IV – Thursdays, 19:00. Registration for the selected group is required via the online registration form. Qualified participants will receive email confirmations within 48h of registration (from the address [email protected]). One person may register for only one group. The number of places is limited; the order of applications decides. In the case of repeated absences, a participant may be removed from the list. Location and schedule of classes The classes take place at Szkoła Podstawowa nr 112, ul. Zaułek 34. Detailed schedule of classes: May – on the days: 7, 14, 19, 21, 26, 28; June – on the days: 2, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30; September – on the days: 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29; October – on the days: 1, 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, 29; November – on the days: 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26. The organizer reserves the right to cancel classes, to organize a substitute for the Instructor, or to change the date and place of classes. Information about any changes will be provided to participants by email or in person, from the Instructor conducting the classes. Participation in the classes is free of charge. The project is co-financed by the Białołęka district.
